A Closely held Public Limited Company

Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. It is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the creation of a Textile Park at Madurai under the Scheme of Integrated Textile Parks (SITP) by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

Main Enterence

“The park is developed over an area of about 106 acres. The park is located at Vadipatti, 30 km from Madurai on Madurai-Dindigul highways”
